PPXXII Conference: Landmark Abstracts Released
02/06/2025
PVC4Pipes to Present at Rollepaal’s Extrusion Exchange – K 2025
12/08/2025These EU-wide lists—introduced under the updated Drinking Water Directive (DWD) (2020/2184)—mark a major shift from national approvals to centralised, harmonised authorisation across the EU.
That means everyone in the value chain—suppliers, compounders, converters, and manufacturers—must act:
- Check your starting substances now
- Prepare your Notification of Intention in IUCLID (2025)
- Follow up with your full DWD Application (2026)
Missing these steps may cost you the right to supply or use key substances in drinking water applications after the transition period.
Download the full PVC4Pipes guidance document to learn:
- What the Positive Lists are—and how they work
- How to ensure continued compliance
- Key deadlines and responsibilities for every part of the value chain
