We are a pipe manufacturer from Slovakia and our goal is to produce pipes required for the piping systems of our customers, whether they use them in construction or industrial applications. Our partners are domestic and foreign wholesale companies, construction companies, companies providing complex solutions for engineering networks and technical equipment for buildings, and manufacturing companies that use our products in industrial applications.
Molecor
Molecor is an international benchmark company in solutions for infrastructure, building and sewage, as well as being the undisputed leader in Oriented-PVC technology in the world. It has eight production centers around the world (Spain, Paraguay, South Africa and Malaysia), four commercial offices and its products are present in more than 30 countries. In August 2020, MCH Private Equity acquired a majority stake in Molecor to jointly develop a large industrial project. In line with this development, on September 30, 2021, Molecor completed the acquisition of the Adequa production unit. From this day Molecor is a larger company, more diverse and above all, with more bases for growth with a broader product portfolio.

The European Council of Vinyl Manufacturers (ECVM) is the organisation representing seven leading European producers of PVC resin, which account for around 85% of the PVC resin manufactured in Europe. These businesses operate around 46 different plants spread over 29 sites and employ approximately 8,000 people. ECVM is a founding member of VinylPlus®, the European PVC industry's sustainability programme.

The European Stabiliser Producers Association
The European Stabiliser Producers Association (ESPA) is a pan-European trade association representing more than 95% of the PVC stabiliser industry across Europe. ESPA is an affiliated member of Cefic, the European Chemical Industry Council. ESPA mission is to promote the use of stabiliser additives for vinyl applications and to provide a forum for the study and discussion of matters of scientific, technical, and environmental interest.

Many years of experience in the water works industry has provided the in-depth knowledge that has positioned Hultec as the preferred world-wide distributor of sealing products.
Hultec is a global organization with products sold in over 100 countries. Our products are developed and tested by Hultec’s own engineering department with advanced facilities in Costa Rica.
Hultec is the only accredited rubber testing lab in Central America (ISO/IEC 17025:2005).
Hultec has developed numerous custom sealing solutions for our customers. Hultec has been awarded over 60 patents and has additional patents pending.
