18/02/2025They also report that early birds have until the end of May to secure their conference attendance at a discount. Organised by the Plastic Pipes Conference Association (PPCA), PPXXII will be hosted at the Hilton Warsaw Hotel, Poland, over September 15 -17, 2025.
"Our abstracts reflect an industry that is innovation led," says Zoran Davidovski, Chair of the Conference Organising Committee and its Technical Programme.
"This plastic pipe conference and exhibition in Poland will create an exciting exchange of ideas as well as provide a great place to network. The Abstract Book covers 90 presentations with the latest expertise and experience from around the world."
One notable item detailed in the Abstract Book is a meta-study by Professor Gerald Pinter (Montanuniversität Leoben, Austria) that points towards an expected lifetime of major plastic pipe systems for well above 100 years. Another highlight is from Vincent W. Stone who will announce advanced recycling methods for PVC waste containing legacy additives (VinylPlus®, Belgium).

In addition to the early bird extension until the end of May, accommodation in the Hilton Warsaw Hotel is available on discount for a limited period through a special reservation portal. The Hilton Warsaw Hotel with its extensive conference center is located in the financial district of Warsaw - close to the Old Town Market Place.

Conference organisers have also posted a list of 126 registered companies and organizations that are directly associated with the PPXXII conference through sponsorship, exhibition and papers. To date, the current list embraces 200 registrations from about 26 countries. "The list is still growing daily and already indicates the scale and scope of our conference involvement with the major suppliers and players within the world of plastic pipes," says Davidovski.
